Bidding Procedures All bidders will be issued with a
personal password which will restrict outsiders from interfering with
the bidding process.
Places for the auction will be on
a first come basis therefore we highly recommend that you Register as soon as
possible in order to avoid disappointment.
Up to 50% of the
Timeshare weeks will only be available to persons registering early,
therefore to avoid disappointment please submit your registration form
as soon as possible.
Non-registered persons are not
allowed to bid.
Property Auction Auction bidding
dates will be announced shortly, each Timeshare week will be auctioned over a 14
day period.
For personal security purposes
all Registration fees and winning bid payments are payable
via Bank cheques or money transfers
(Credit card payments are not accepted) Bidding can only commence 14 days after the
date of receipt of any Bidders registration fee.
Please be aware that we
will donate 80% of all
money raised from the sale of the Caribbean Timeshare weeks and pay it directly to the
Charitable Projects listed within this web site including payments to any Charities we have
accepted as beneficiary's of this auction.
The above amounts will be
applied directly to the present and future Charitable Projects which La
Reserve Club have and will nominate for our support, absolutely no money
raised via this auction will go towards the auction administration charges. The remaining 20% will be payable to
La Reserve Property Management who will be responsible for the daily
Management of each Timeshare week including; Letting services, General Maintenance, Security, Utility Bills, Maid
services and Swimming Pool upkeep. (see Auction - Terms & Conditions for details)
All beneficiary Charitable
Projects and Charities will confirm in writing to the winning bidders, the amount received by
them with a letter of thanks for your kind participation in supporting them.
