I receive regular updates concerning all charitable projects which I and my companies support, this is very important to me, this ensures that my support and that of others, goes where it is truly needed.

As you take a look at these children what do you see? you see a group of very happy children who are warm and loving, they could be children from your local school.

What you don't see is that all of these children live and go to a special school in a third world country and each of the children have learning difficulties, they need extra assistance and special educational support and assistance, it is my aim to make a long term serious difference to their lives by ensuring that this school continues and improves with my support.

Extra Charitable support will include the offer to construct a New Swimming Pool and the purchase of a new mini bus to allow educational excursions to take place.

It should be known that it is my policy to ensure that 10% of all my companies profits are directed to Charitable Projects and local charities in the countries where my companies undertake business, this directly benefits children in third world countries.

This is one of the many poor and sick children we aim to continue to help.

My support towards - helping Third world countries All funds raised are put towards the charitable projects in operation at the time of the donation unless a personal request to divert the donation to a specific registered charity is made and then approved by me. I will ensure that 100% of the 10% of my companies profits go directly to the charitable project chosen, all administration charges will be met by my companies.

Young European music students

I believe that it is vital that we give children in third world countries equal opportunities as these European children have been given. In order to achieve this, I with the support of my companies are involved in a long term project which includes the establishment and construction of a special boarding school which will be a school of Music, this will primarily be where abandoned, homeless and children from poor families from the West Indies and Central America will be able to live and learn the true values of being involved in such a school.

As the inaugurator of all the personal charitable projects which I and my companies support, I am totally committed to ensuring that all the projects are not just for this generation but also for generations to come, my belief of spreading loving kindness to as many people in the world as possible is also highlighted by the fact that I am Godfather to 48 children throughout third world countries.

Sadananda Children's Home

Planning - Design - Construction

A new Children's home is presently at the Planning and design stage, the new school is being planned and designed with homeless and abandoned children in mind.

The initial Phase 1 design of the children's home will be able to accommodate up to 30 children with each Phase of the development over the years ahead providing a home for a further 30 children.

It is proposed that the Children's home will be supported by its own independent charity that will be established to support the Children's home, with the head office of the charity being located within a local charity shop/travel centre which provides Special package holidays for Eco-Tourists.

It is my intension to ensure that all of the Special Travel shop profits will go towards directly supporting the Sadananda Children's home in order to make the home self sufficient.

The long term objective of the home will be to provide food & beverages, clothing, shared rooms of a maximum of only 2 children, recreation facilities, Gym, Football & Basket ball facilities, Swimming Pool and anything else that will make the lives of poor and abandoned children more tolerable.

The children as they go through their teens will be taught how to be independent maintaining the home, painting, repairs etc and daily domestic duties around the home.

When they reach the age of employment they will be guaranteed jobs in the employment of the Special Package Holidays company with jobs including Tour Guides, Administration, Junior Management, Diving School (trainee diving instructors) and many more positions offered by the company.

The Special Package Holiday company will employ young local people who have little or no future employment opportunities, including those with limited educational abilities, they will be specially trained to undertake whatever duties are required of them. This is also aimed at providing the local community with the added benefit of help preventing those young people who could have gone on to starting a life of criminal activities.

Initially this charitable project is relatively small which will then expand as time goes on.

The objective of this special charitable project, we emphasize special because it is aimed at being a pilot charitable project one which can be mirrored and development in other regions of the world where there are abandoned and homeless children.

Education & Business Support

Our aim is to establish Business Centers in each country where a La Reserve Club is located.

I consider this to be a Charitable Project which will be supported from the proceeds of this Caribbean Property Auction.

These Business Centers are to be based in the capitals of the countries where my companies undertake business. There are 10 Business Centers planned in total.

The business centre will also be the location for a new web hosting company who's sole purpose will be towards promoting each countries tourist industry by way of several unique web sites in order to entice Tourists to come to each country.

A professional web designer will be bought in to train young students who have left school, all aspects of internet web designing and web site e-commerce business and more will be covered.

The web sites will provide all businesses in each country with free advertising space with each business allocated three pages of web space on these special websites in order to portray them correctly and professionally.

The main objective is to allow local communities the opportunity to access a world wide audience from each Business Centre rather than foreigners outside of the country making money from local businesses, this foreign interference also prevents each respective countries economy from benefiting from such Business Centres as foreigners can easily evade local tax contributions.

Each business will be allocated free web site space for up to 3 years and links via the La Reserve Club web sites will also be activated in order that local businesses receive equal opportunities with regards to world coverage of their businesses.

This company will also offer web site design and hosting opportunities to companies located around the world.

All student training will be sponsored by La Reserve Club who will also provide extra work for the students business centre by way of the 4000+ major business investors in 40 countries which our company represents.

I say students business centre because students training at the centre will be responsible for running the centre providing them with further business skills for the future.

This Charitable Project will also be supporting a business school wing perhaps connected with one of the senior schools in country where a La Reserve Club is located in order that web design training can commence at an earlier age.

The above Business Centre proposal is subject to approvals and permission being obtained from each respective Government.

It should be known by all that during the summer of 2008 a group of sinister UK nationals attempted to block significant investment being undertaken in Trinidad and Tobago in the West Indies by La Reserve Club, investment that will provide employment for up to 500 of their nationals, investment that will also support projects such as the ones listed above.

This was undertaken in order to protect their own self interests in Trinidad and Tobago, known by many as a form of controlling colonialism.

At the same time those same persons actually succeeded in blocking £500,000 (Sterling) in donations to 10 UK charities, the details of which are available on request, this amount will now be donated by La Reserve Club towards the support of Charitable Projects to be established in countries around the world including Trinidad and Tobago.
