This auction is not operated by a charity, it is operated and controlled by the (MD) of a privately owned company who's generous intensions are to dispose of a number of Caribbean properties over the next 5 years via the Auctions held on this web site.

80% of all money raised via the Auction will be donated to Charitable Projects which have been and will be established around the world by our company.

Previous attempts to invite an exclusive number of charities to be beneficiaries of this special property auction and share the proceeds of the auction have unfortunately failed to materialise, therefore the expected £5 Million we aim to raise through this and future property auctions, which will be held by our company over the next five years will go directly towards those Charitable Projects inaugurated by our company.

Existing Charitable Projects we support are presently located in Asia, Africa, West Indies and Central America.

A Message to all registered charities

If you would like your charity to be considered for inclusion as a beneficiary of any of our Special Caribbean Property Auctions then please apply in writing via email, outlining exactly what the funds donated to your charity by way of this Auction will be used for.

Your request will be given equal consideration with other Charities from around the world, you will be notified in due course as to whether your charity qualifies for our support.

Please be aware that we will only provide funds that benefit those persons which a charity provides for.

No funds will be made available for the purpose of any Charities administration costs, all donations made via our property auctions to any charity must be completely transparent with those beneficiary charities providing documentary evidence as to how our donation was used.

Please be aware that we will only consider support for registered charities that directly benefit; sick and needy people, cancer sufferers, children at risk or similar.

One of the aims of this Special Caribbean Property Auction is to encourage other wealthy property owners to follow our lead in order to raise money for Charities and Charitable Projects.

Charity Registration Form

It should be known by all that during the summer of 2008 a group of sinister UK nationals attempted to block significant investment being undertaken in Trinidad and Tobago in the West Indies by La Reserve Club, investment that will provide employment for up to 500 of their nationals, this was undertaken in order to protect their own self interests in that country.

At the same time those same persons actually succeeded in blocking £500,000 (Sterling) in donations to 10 UK charities, the details of which are available on request, this amount will now be donated by La Reserve Club towards the support of Charitable Projects to be established in countries around the world including Trinidad and Tobago.
