I believe that it is important to plan well ahead if you want to achieve
anything in life, where running is concerned allowing a comfortable time frame between Marathons plays a
part in this.
London Marathon (42k) - 2006 Now
successfully completed and forming a part of history
Great
North Run (21k) - 2006 The best run I have ever run I highly recommend it to
everyone. I completed it in great time 2 hours 11 Minutes.
Charity Runs (10k) - 2006 A great run although fairly easy for the
novice runner, I may again run on behalf of this charity in the future during 2008, they have numerous
10k runs throughout the year, most of which I hope to participate in.
London Marathon (42k)
- 2007 Now
I have successfully completed the London Marathon 2007, I
swiftly got back to training and looking forward to beating my own
Marathon running time by entering the next London Marathon 2008.
Great
North Run (21k) -2007 is already successfully completed and added to my
personal achievements, one of the miner reasons for completing it was
because is has sweeping hills to tackle with parts of the run being up to
60 meters above sea level, truly a breathtaking experience, one which I
completed in 2 hours and 11 minutes.
London Marathon (42k)
- 2008 Due to ill health I was unable to run in this Marathon, I hope to
re-establish my support for this charity in future Marathons.
There will be many runs which I will
participate in throughout the world, the above list is just some of the runs
close to my heart which I will participate in.
