A Luxury one bedroom Caribbean Apartment is being made available specifically for this special Property Auction. Details of how the auction will operate is as follows:

1.   All interested bidders must first register to bid by clicking on the Registration page, the formality of registering to bid is to ensure that the high calibre of  applicants for  this Property Auction is  maintained at all times and it prevents the standard of guests residing at the Luxury Apartment complex from being compromised as many of our apartment owners will include Celebrities, VIP's, TV personalities and persons connected with the Hollywood film industry.  

2.  Displayed below is an example of an average days bidding for just one of the 52  Timeshare weeks. each week will be displayed similar to one another. This includes;

  •  The Dates shown at the top is the duration of the Timeshare week, which will be available for the winning bidder.

  • The Low Reserve is the minimum amount the  Timeshare week can be sold for.

  • The Competing Caribbean Value is the amount other developers are selling similar Luxury Timeshare in the Caribbean region.

  • La Reserve - For Sale Value is the amount we normally sell this Timeshare week.

  • Most recent bid is the last bid placed prior to  midnight on any one day.

3.   Each of the Latest Bidding pages display 4 Timeshare weeks to choose from, to access each months Timeshare weeks available, just click on the button of your chosen Timeshare dates, this is located at the bottom of each Latest bidding page. 

4. Latest Bidding - Forms: On each Latest Bidding page there is a choice of 4 Timeshare week forms to complete.  You can choose to bid for either one or more Timeshare weeks provided you have completed more than one Registration form. Multiple bids will require multiple passwords. You will be provided with one Password for each Registration form submitted. 

5. Completing the Form, please complete your Name - Date of Birth - Password - Amount you want to bid - Maximum bid. The maximum bid is the maximum amount that you are prepared to bid, the maximum bid will be hidden from all bidders, should another bidder make a bid higher than your maximum bid then you will be notified by way of email to allow you the opportunity to make a further bid.

6. Once you have completed the form which relates to your chosen week/s please press the SUBMIT button and your Bid will then be accepted.

All Bids submitted prior to Midnight will be shown on the next days Most recent bid section, unless a higher bid has been submitted, only the highest bid will be displayed.
