I have received many Medals in return for my efforts to support Charities by running Marathons. Now I am going a step further by hosting the first of 10 unique Caribbean Property Auctions.

The aim of this website is to highlight one persons aspiration and determination to support Charitable good causes and successfully steer Charitable projects such as those listed in this web site, in the hope that others will be influenced by these actions and show their own personal support, whether it be by financial support or

being actively involved in charitable fund raising.

You are also invited to help with the long term support and development of the Charitable projects which I will be inaugurating due to the plight of those poor people in need. They all need everyone's Help.

I have been a highly successful Caribbean property developer and business entrepreneur for the past 12 years, I presently hold the largest privately owned Caribbean property portfolio in the world.

My goal is to ensure that charitable projects which I have and will be establishing will benefit from my business success for many years to come.

I am now donating one of my families Caribbean Apartments to be disposed of exclusively by way of the Caribbean Property Auction which will be operated from this web site.

As a bonus for each bidders participation in the Auction, all bidders will receive a complimentary Caribbean holiday at one of my Luxury Caribbean properties. The value of each holiday is £3,500

No other Caribbean Property Developer has ever made such a charitable gesture in order to help Charitable Projects in the way I am helping.

This charitable gesture to auction a Caribbean apartment for the benefit of Charitable Projects is a direct result of La Reserve Club's present series of developments, once the construction of a number of one bedroom apartments is completed, one of those apartments will then be made available for this auction, until that time the auction will continue and as a bonus a 3 bedroom apartment will be available for each winning bidder during the first year of leasehold ownership.

All persons wishing to bid in this auction can complete the registration form as from 1st October 2008 by clicking below. You will then be notified as to the starting date of the Auction.
